Controller and Sensor Unit

Using AquaSense™ by Aquatek with Timer

You can install the AquaSense™ Control Unit anywhere between a timer and a sprinkler valve. It's connected to a moisture-sensing, 5-inch probe that's buried shallow or deep into the ground. There are no batteries required to operate this unit. When the timer activates the sprinkler valve, the sensor unit records the level of moisture in the soil and reports it back to the control unit. If the moisture level is above the limit, the valve remains closed. If it's below the limit, the valve opens, and the sprinkler runs as directed by the timer. Using AquaSense™ by Aquatek without Timer

The Aquasense™ Control Unit also works without a timer. You simply attach a 24VAC transformer to any accessible wall outlet and run a two-lead wire to the AquaSense™ system at the sprinkler valve location.

You can purchase the AquaSenseTM system through our website by sending us an email. Your order will include a sensor rod, controller, and installation instructions. Items can be purchased together or separately if you only need a sensor rod. Each area that's on a different timing system will need its own complete package.
